Zoltar - Nuova Civiltà Records
A Falling Affair, the striking new single by Phoenix And The Oracle released via Nuova Civiltà Records through the Zoltar sub-label, stands as a mesmerizing convergence of shadow, rhythm, and architectural grace. Perfectly embodying the evocative aesthetic of the label, the release draws deep inspiration from the timeless tension of post-punk and darkwave, while introducing a captivating electronic pulse that sharpens its rhythmic core.
Without revealing the direct narrative or internal mechanics of the track, the soundscape unfolds as a nocturnal ritual. It pairs the cold, mechanical heartbeat of modern electronic rhythms with a rich, soaring structure that leans into a distinctly classicheggiant elegance-reminiscent of sweeping strings and grand, dramatic harmonies. The result is a visionary and atmospheric journey that bridges the austere romance of the 1980s underground with precise, contemporary sonic craftsmanship, offering an immersive sanctuary for the senses.
